A campaign that had to do more than look good: it had to move enrolments. We built content for how prospective students actually decide and ran it where they decide. The result was a 4% increase in enrolments from a single campaign, and the enrolment target reached ahead of schedule.

Why it matters

We have strict approval processes and lots of stakeholders. Can you handle that?

Yes, it's our home turf. Stakeholder management is called out by name in our Department of Education testimonial. We build approval time into the plan instead of pretending it won't happen.

How do you handle student consent and child safety requirements?

Carefully and by the book. Consent, talent releases and child safety protocols are planned before the shoot, not patched afterwards. Years of education work means the process is already built.

Can you work around term dates and intake periods?

That's the whole strategy. Content is captured when campus is alive, and campaigns are timed to intake windows when decisions actually get made.

We're a smaller institution, not a UNSW. Is this still for us?

Yes. The system scales down as well as up, and engagements start from $2,000 a month. Smaller institutions often see the difference faster because their sector noise is lower.
