A Fiesta of Diversity

We have a long history with UNSW's Division of Equity Diversity and Inclusion, and after covering the 2023 Diversity Festival we were asked back for 2025.

Diversity Fest is a genuinely hard event to cover well. It runs all day, across multiple campus locations, with a dense program of stalls, talks and performances all happening at once. Miss the timing and a moment is gone. The job was to make sure every part of it got its chance to shine.

We planned it out with the EDI team in detail, mapping where photography and video overlay would land, and flagging the interviews and visual must-haves in advance so nothing got lost in the rush.

Because it ran all day across several locations, it was all hands on deck for the video and photography crew, with our in-house producer keeping everything on schedule as the event moved.

The highlights video was very well received, and alongside a strong photography portfolio it became the promotional collateral for the festival.

No performance numbers are attached here. It was event coverage, and the result is a highlights film and image set that captured a sprawling, one-day event cleanly enough to carry the promotion forward.
