Evolving the Brand
The brief
Overview
Evolution Real Estate needed a brand identity that would stand out and make their point of difference clear in one of the most competitive industries there is.
That's the hard part in real estate: every agency looks broadly the same, so the brand has to carry the difference. It needed to feel timeless, authoritative and welcoming all at once, and hold together across every touchpoint rather than just on the logo.

The outcome
We delivered the full range, from brand development through to photography, building an asset pool that added up to a distinctive, coherent identity. That included a recognisable logo, brand guidelines to keep everything consistent, and a wide set of flyers, signage, social templates and marketing banners.
We also produced a comedic cinema commercial end to end, from script and storyboard through production and post, and rounded it out with modern, welcoming headshots of the Evolution team. No performance figures are published here. The result is a real estate brand that finally reads as distinctive in a market where most look the same.
